Group Fitness

Focus' Group programs extend our personal approach to our members (Fun Fitness, Ongoing Motivation, Caring Staff, Unique Programs, and Sensational Service). Groups typically range in numbers between 6-18 which gives our group fitness clients more personal attention and accountability. All of our classes are easy to do (not choreographed) and cater for a wide range of fitness levels. These sessions are run more like group personal training sessions - giving members the chance to input their preferences, likes and dislikes.

Swiss Ball Pilates:
This method is a body conditioning system designed to develop muscular strength, balance, flexibility and efficiency of movement while developing body awareness. Everyone can benefit from the technique of the Pilates Method, whether it is general strength or toning, deeper conditioning, flexibility and control for the general public and athletes.

 

Female Focus Circuit & Pilates: For all women who want a lift or variety within their workout. The 45 minute circuit workout is a fun class for all levels. An overall body workout using a range of equipment and exercises. For women who have only 45 minutes for them for themselves.  

 

Fire Up!!:  Designed for the person in need of a decent challenge.  This class is to increase fitness levels including stair runs, boxing and weightsGreat for increasing cardio fitness and weight loss.

 

Fighting Fit: Stressed? Tense? Tired? Cardio boxing could be the answer to your troubles. Cardio boxing is a great way to release all of your stresses, get fit and have fun all at once. This is not pretend. You will be making real contact with real gloves and focus mitts. If you have a partner - great. If not, we’ll match you up with someone of a similar level. BYO cotton gloves.

and Tuesday from 5-8pm
