Everyone can benefit from the technique of the Pilates Method, whether it is general strength or toning, deeper conditioning, flexibility and control for the general public and athletes.
Trim & Tone: A great class for anyone who wants to firm up and lose fat. We do a mixture of indoor and outdoor work with circuits, machines, dumb-bells & bodyweight to burn calories and tighten all areas
Fire Up!!: Designed for the person in need of a decent challenge. This class is to increase fitness levels including stair runs, boxing and weights. Great for increasing cardio fitness and weight loss.
Fighting Fit: Stressed? Tense? Tired? Cardio boxing could be the answer to your troubles. Cardio boxing is a great way to release all of your stresses, get fit and have fun all at once. This is not pretend. You will be making real contact with real gloves and focus mitts. If you have a partner - great. If not, we’ll match you up with someone of a similar level. BYO cotton gloves.
