Focus classes
Core & Stretch: develop core strength,
balance, flexibility and efficiency of movement while developing body
awareness. We mix techniques of the Pilates, strength & Stretch.
Trim & Tone:
For fat
loss, toning & general health & fitness. This class uses weights,
bodyweight and cardio exercises in mixed formats.
Strength & Fitness: Great for increasing overall strength & cardio fitness,
weight loss and general toning also. This class uses weights, bodyweight, and
mixed cardio mostly outdoors.
Cardio Boxing: Cardio boxing is a great
way to release all of your stresses, get fit and have fun all at once. This is
not pretend. You will be making real contact with real gloves and focus mitts.
If you have a partner - great. If not, we’ll match you up with someone of a
similar level.
Boot Camp: The Boot Camp motto is Fun!
Fitness! And Fat loss! It delivers on all three counts! For tough outdoor
workouts of great variety try Focus boot camp
