Focus Health and Fitness is located in the Nexus Building at Norwest Business Park opposite the Norwest Crowne Plaza - just off Norwest Boulevarde!
We are a small friendly gym with a big focus on helping people with their health and fitness goals! Our comprehensive approach using motivation, training and nutrition gets better results than the normal big gym jungles!
Our facilities and services include all normal gym facilities - cardio machines, weights machines and free weights, group fitness and aerobics, pilates and boxing classes, boot camp, personal training and goal specific weight loss, fat loss and bodybuilding programs. We are also well aligned with local massage, physio and chiro services.

Mondays to Thursdays open 6am until 930pm
Fridays open 6am until 8pm
Saturdays open 8am until 6pm
Sundays open 8am until 1pm

We are the central personal trainers, boot camps and gym to the hills and just a skip and jump from anywhere in Norwest, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Kellyville Ridge, Glenwood and Kings Langley. Our members come from all over Sydney and often pass other gyms to get to Focus Health and Fitness - Norwest.
