Can we help your local sports club, school or charity? If we can we will - just click the picture or any of the links or contact us and we’ll see what we can do! As a small business we can’t give allot of cash to various things but we can help allot of people with a sponsorship of membership or personal training pack for raffles, trivia nights etc

We also have a neat idea about how we can actually help some fund raisers to raise more money than normal! Ask Ryan about this!

Rained Out Sports Training? We Can Help!

We have been having great fun torturing some local sports teams lately due to rained out training sessions. One club was so happy they sent three separate teams to us in the last week! We know we can help sports teams of most kinds to maintain good levels of fitness, strength, agility and endurance no matter what the weather!

Club Improvements

Hi Members! Just a quick update on our latest club improvements! You may not be that excited about our new medicine ball rack but it does keep our gym a little tidier! You can’t really workout on the rack though so i ahve inlcuded a link to a bosu ball workout in case you missed that update last month! If you’ve got any ideas about improvements you’d like to see - please let us know!

Free Blood Pressure Checks

Workplace health is of vital importance for individuals and businesses and awareness is the first step towards improvement. Health checks can even save lives so if you would like us to come to your workplace - it only takes less than a few minutes of anyone’s precious time.
As part of our community involvement program we would like to offer free blood pressure checks for businesses within 5km of the Norwest Business Park.
