You can do this fitness routine one exercise at a time with 30 second rests, alternate pairs of exercises or do it as a circuit!
Bodyweight exercises are great for overall conditioning as you tend to use lots of muscles at once, lots of core muscles and burn lots of calories. You can get fitness, fat loss, toning and strength and core conditioning from these style of workouts.
