A big congratulations to Duncan Mcpherson for a very successful 2017. Duncan lost over 30 kilograms since starting his training with us and not only that he has gained greater strength, fitness and energy. He says the results have affected his life a great deal and he is getting compliments about his massive change and feeling more self confident. Duncan was working out by himself consistently for a while before he started with us but he noticed big changes within the first two months of his personal training.
