A big congratulations to our member of the month – Veneta Bailey. Veneta has only been training with us about 4 months but has made this remarkable change to her physique and well-being despite these results being through the christmas period (where people gain a few kilos at least).
Veneta has worked super hard in her sessions and complimented this with better eating (most of of the time) and voila! A new woman! Veneta also had back pain which has improved along with her core strength, energy and over-all well being!
