The Trim & Tone series of workouts are designed for fat loss, fitness and toning. We generally recommend 5-15 minutes of fitness exercise prior to this workout to warm-up and then perform the workout exercises in the pairs displayed. Keep rest to minimal but short breaks will be neccessary. To increase workout intensity you can increase weights, repetitions and speed of workout.
