Ryan Fraser

I believe my role is to challenge my clients more than they would challenge themselves to achieve their health and fitness goals. I have the scientific knowledge of how to achieve best health and fitness and I know the art of how to apply the science! I understand that health and fitness and fun means different things to different people but there is nothing more motivating than getting fantastic results!

I have a very diverse sporting background and diverse sporting interests and an overall passion for health and fitness and challenges of most nature. I train national level athletes and ninety-year-old grandpas and know the same principles will work for any one in between.

No matter where you are at you can always improve for the benefit of yourself and those around you. “FROM SACRIFICE, BLISS” is one of my many favourite quotes!
