Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
At the age of 57, with 2 rotator cuff tears, a C4 compression fracture and soon to have my right Knee replaced. I needed a personal trainer that would understand my limitations while being able to provide guidance to assist in building up my strength and flexibility. Ryan provided a pathway through one on one Gym work and Yoga that allowed me to slowly build up my flexibility and strength prior to my Knee replacement. Its been 6 months now and Im in a great position to have the operation next week. I look forward (Covid Willing) to get back to rehabilitation work and Yoga. I can highly recommend Ryan as a personal Trainer that has an abundance of technical knowledge & skills with empathy and communication skills to match anyone’s personal Training requirements to exceed their goals!
