Member of the year – Duncan Mcpherson

A big congratulations to Duncan Mcpherson for a very successful 2017. Duncan lost over 30 kilograms since starting his training with us and not only that he has gained greater strength, fitness and energy. He says the results have affected his life a great deal and he is getting compliments about his massive change and feeling more self confident. Duncan was working out by himself consistently for a while before he started with us but he noticed big changes within the first two months of his personal training. He now exercises six days per week and monitors his nutrition on myfitnesspal routinely. Well done and congratulations Duncan. You have earned your results and done it in a way that will last for the long term and produce better health for the long term. No diets, no gimmicks, no products, just intelligent exercise with lifestyle nutrition change.
