RYoga is a yoga based stretching classes and personal training sessions in Bella Vista and the hills district to provide active rest and re-balance common tight spots and postural problems. With over 20 years of personal training experience we have worked with many people to enjoy health and fitness and improve joint and postural problems. We can achieve this through a combination of stretch and strength exercises that are non-stressful, and anyone can do.

The emphasis on breath, flexibility and practical positions make RYoga unique, appealing and beneficial to a wide variety of people from those suffering from pain & injuries, people wanting toning and core strength to athletes wanting to enhance performance.

WHERE: 33 Barina Downs Rd Baulkham Hills New South Wales 2153

WHEN: Friday mornings 9:15am (55mins) & Tuesday evenings 7:15pm (For 55 minutes)

HOW: please bring a yoga/exercise mat, towel, water and light exercise clothing
